Free range eggs, realy flour, milk, sugar - no packet mixes, no preservatives or stabilizers.
We make from scratch - and do not use the mass produced mixes that the large commercial bakeries use. We make to order and the old fashioned way. Please note we need time to make your cake, no last minute orders will be considered. Deliveries week days only unless its a wedding/large function that has been pre- arranged.
